The app will let you cancel an order up until your delivery person is dispatched to the merchant.
We can only guarantee a refund if you cancel before the merchant has accepted your order.
If the merchant has accepted the order, we offer one lifetime refund for orders cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed. Please be sure that your cancellation was under 5 minutes from placing your order before contacting us.
We are NOT able to offer adjustments on orders that are cancelled more than 5 minutes from the time that the order was placed. After this time has passed, the merchant has already begun preparing the order.
To cancel an order in the app yourself:
1. Tap the receipt icon found on the bottom menu bar
2. Tap "CANCEL ORDER" at the bottom of the order tracking screen
3. Confirm the request by tapping "CANCEL ORDER" again in the confirmation screen
To update an incorrect delivery address or cancel your order because of an incorrect delivery address, follow the steps in the "Change my delivery address" article.
